trustpilot, google reviews, facebook, instagram, scam advisors.com and any review site that has this company will show you the poor customer service. They say you can phone them, you can't, it will go straight through to messages which are always full so you cant leave one, you can webchat, but you will only get a simple response saying they will get back to you in a couple of hours, which they won't, you can try to email but all you'll get is back is an email blamingeveryone else for their delays. In My case i have been given a tracking number, but this tracking number has never left their premises, so no package is out for delivery and i dont think it ever will be. I have asked for a refund but they just ignore me. I sit here and watch images flash up in the corner saying other people have placed orders and despair knowing full well many of these customers have just entered the circle of hell known as Greens essentials customer service and missing orders.
