trustpilot, google reviews, facebook, instagram, scam advisors.com and any review site that has this company will show you the poor customer service. They say you can phone them, you can't, it will go straight through to messages which are always full so you cant leave one, you can webchat, but you will only get a simple response saying they will get back to you in a couple of hours, which they won't, you can try to email but all you'll get is back is an email blamingeveryone else for their delays. In My case i have been given a tracking number, but this tracking number has never left their premises, so no package is out for delivery and i dont think it ever will be. I have asked for a refund but they just ignore me. I sit here and watch images flash up in the corner saying other people have placed orders and despair knowing full well many of these customers have just entered the circle of hell known as Greens essentials customer service and missing orders.
And reviews collected by Judge.me. Your unhappy customers are and do, try reading your emails and listening to your many many unhappy customers, desperately trying to find out when they will get their orders and how they can contact you...because they can't despite what you promise.
Totally crap service, ordered on 17th, Can never get through on phone as it goes straight through to messages and box always full; Managed to get through on email and given a tracking number which up to today has never even left the shop premises. tried emailing again but just get copy and paste replies, tried contacting by webmail and never get a response despite it saying you will. Asked for refund but just get message saying items on the way with the same tracking number which has never left their shop. Having to go through bank for refund as my order is never going to arrive, this is a scam company, just check out reviews on Trustpilot, facebook, google reviews, scam adviser.com, instagram and any other site for reviews and you will find they are full of people just trying to get their orders and getting nowhere. Just in my 2 weeks waiting their scores have dropped massively due to unhappy customers.
