I placed a order on the 28th October
I received an email on the 31st to say it’s been dispatched 48 hour delivery they said
I gave them just over a week & nothing so I sent out an email no reply sent another email no reply again.
So I decided to get a hold of them on Instagram
Sent a message asking for help about what’s going and got asked for my order number I gave order number and no reply again, so the next day I messaged the same no reply they read it but not replying
Today 15/112 weeks after i receive the dispatch email they finally message to say the items I ordered are not in stock ?
So why did I get an email saying they had been dispatched? 2 weeks ago they obviously lied and probably forgot about my order and if I hadn’t kept on at them they would be £50/£60 up
Shocking customer service
Would not use them at all
So now I await a refund to try and find the stuff I want from a reputable shop who does not mess its customers around.
Really not happy at all as it was all for Christmas hampers
